Cold Email & Calling Specialist – Multi-Family Roof Preservation

We are looking for a Cold Email & Calling Specialist to join our team and help us prospect, schedule, and send estimates for multi-family roof preservation projects. Our company provides a patented roof-life extension system for 30,000–100,000 sqft asphalt shingle and flat roofs, a space with little to no competition.

Role Overview:
As our specialist, you will master and execute our advanced cold email system, while also handling list building, inbox management, and outbound cold calling. You’ll be responsible for generating qualified appointments, nurturing prospects, and helping convert opportunities into deals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and operate an elaborate cold email outreach system with precision.
- Build and manage new email inboxes for outreach campaigns.
- Scrape, research, and build targeted lead lists from databases and other sources.
- Conduct cold calls (B2B & B2C) to property owners, investors, and managers.
- Prospect, schedule, and assist with sending roof preservation estimates.
- Track outreach performance and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Maintain CRM updates with accurate lead and appointment information.

Requirements:
- 9/10 English accent with clear, professional communication skills.
- Previous experience in cold email outreach and cold calling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow proven systems.
- Comfortable working graveyard shifts (U.S. time zones) to maximize effectiveness.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and automation tools.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and consistent in performance.
