Type: Part-Time (4 hours/day, 7 days/week)

Role Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and tech-comfortable Virtual Assistant to support the Phoenix Breathwork team with content publishing, daily operations, and outreach tasks. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in admin, content, or virtual assistance who’s eager to grow in the wellness and online business space.

Key Responsibilities
? Upload and schedule content (Reels, carousels, testimonials) using Canva, Opus, Descript
? Organize and update content folders (Drive, Descript, Instagram assets)
? Reformat quotes and reviews into IG templates
? Organize the drive and maintain content for the team
? Send and track outreach DMs on Instagram & LinkedIn
? Maintain leads & follow-ups in CRM (GoHighLevel - lead connector)
? Draft short outreach messages from templates
? Handle ad hoc tasks: backend content edits, course material updates in Drive, creative handouts/proposals/misc designs
? Support the reporting manager with delegated tasks, freelancer coordination, and event prep


1–2 years of experience in admin, content, or VA support
? Detail-oriented, reliable, and quick learner
? Comfortable with Google Drive, Canva, Instagram
