Internet Installer / Field Technician

• Install internet service (fiber/cable/wireless) at residential locations
• Set up routers, modems, and other network equipment
• Troubleshoot connection issues onsite
• Educate customers on using their internet equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and service upgrades
• Ensure installations meet company and safety standards
• Complete job orders and installation reports accurately
