CRO Specialist (Intelligems Setup) – Part-Time

We are an e-commerce brand looking for a CRO Specialist experienced with Intelligems.
Your main role will be to set up and manage A/B tests defined in our Google Sheet SOP.
The focus is always on Revenue per Visitor (RPV) as the main KPI.

Responsibilities :

Implement A/B tests in Intelligems (4 tests/month).

Ensure correct setup, traffic split, and tracking accuracy.

Report results (RPV, sample size, variation %) inside our CRO tracking sheet.

Suggest insights or improvements when relevant.

Follow our SOP strictly and communicate clearly.

Requirements :

Proven experience with Intelligems (please share references/examples).

Knowledge in CRO (conversion rate optimization) best practices.

Detail-oriented, reliable, and structured.

Good English communication skills.

Wage/Salary per Month :
???? $150–200 USD/month (depending on profile & experience).
This covers approx. 24–32 hours per month (6–8h per test × 4 tests).

Desired No. of Hours per Week :
6–8 hours (flexible, as long as 4 tests/month are delivered).
