We are looking for an experienced cold caller to reach out to apartment owners in the U.S.

Details:
• Pay Rate: $2.75 – $4 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Full-time, must be able to work EST hours
• Role: Cold calling apartment owners, building rapport, and generating leads

Requirements:
• Proven cold calling experience (real estate background preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills
