About Us:
Here at Wurz Capital, we’re not your typical investment firm. We’re a private investment company that’s hungry, fast-moving, and scaling through smart automations, funnels, and AI-driven systems. We’re looking for an Automation Strategist & Trainer who doesn’t just build workflows, but also teaches our team how to run them to grow with us by implementing new strategies as we expand.
This isn’t a short-term training project. We want someone highly experienced in GoHighLevel, n8n, APIs/webhooks, funnels, and agentic AI bots who can train our internal team step-by-step while also leading the way in building and improving automation processes long-term.

Example Beginner Project (Phase 1)
* Migrate our current Zapier setup into a fully native n8n workflow for ServiceTitan ? GoHighLevel
* Upsert contacts (match phone/email)
* Schedule via Cron (hourly), handle paging, and prevent duplicates

Example Beginner Project (Phase 2 & Beyond)
* Set up hourly ServiceTitan report checks ? auto-tag customers in GHL
* Set up auto text sequence
* Implement error alerts + monitoring
* Train our team on every process built (documentation + hands-on training)
* Stay on to implement new automations, funnels, and AI strategies as we scale

What We’re Looking For:
* Proven n8n expertise
* GoHighLevel experience (funnels, automations, workflows)
* Strong knowledge of APIs & webhooks
* Familiarity with agentic AI bots
* Ability to train tea ---------- mbers so they understand and can manage processes
* Someone excited to implement new strategies as the company grows
* FAST + responsive, aligned with Pacific Time (PDT) (available for swing shift 3 PM to 12 am PHST)

Compensation & Benefits:
* 13th-month pay
