Job Title: Wholesale Virtual Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our wholesale operations. The role involves researching and identifying wholesale suppliers that fit our business needs and compiling them for outreach.
Responsibilities:
Research and source wholesale suppliers across various product categories.
Verify supplier legitimacy and gather accurate contact details (name, email, phone number, website, etc.).
Organize supplier data into spreadsheets or CRM systems for tracking.
Compare pricing, product catalogs, and wholesale requirements when available.
Assist in managing communication templates for supplier outreach.
Perform other administrative tasks related to wholesale sourcing as assigned.
Requirements:
Strong internet research skills and ability to identify reliable suppliers.
Proficient in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written communication in English.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
Prior experience in wholesale sourcing, product research, or e-commerce is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
