We’re a fast-growing B2B lead generation agency that builds and runs outbound campaigns (cold calling + cold email) for clients across multiple industries. Our clients rely on us to consistently deliver booked meetings with their ideal customers.

We’re looking for a BDR Team Lead to manage our remote Business Development Representatives (BDRs), keep execution tight, and ensure campaigns are run at the highest standard.

Your mission is to coach, manage, and enforce workflows so our BDRs consistently hit performance goals.

Responsibilities
- Manage BDR performance: Supervise BDRs across multiple client campaigns. Track daily/weekly KPIs (calls, connects, meetings booked, show rates).
- Coach & train: Run regular coaching sessions to improve objection handling, talk tracks, and consistency.
- Enforce process adherence: Ensure BDRs follow workflows for dialing, logging activities, sending follow-ups, and using templates correctly.
- CRM & tool oversight: Monitor that all activities, notes, and meeting outcomes are logged properly in HubSpot, Coda, and other tools (Slack, Calendly, Nooks).
- Follow-up QA: Verify BDRs complete all required post-meeting steps (confirmation emails, client intro, gifting links, etc.).
- Feedback loop: Provide structured reports and feedback on performance, objections heard in the field, and suggestions for improvement.
- Keep show rates high: Ensure that the BDRs are following the process to ensure the leads actually show up to the meeting.
- Escalation & alignment: Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure BDR execution aligns with client goals.

Requirements
- 2+ years in outbound sales, sales development, or managing SDR/BDR teams.
- Strong coaching/people management skills, can lead, motivate, and hold remote reps accountable.
- Excellent understanding of cold calling workflows, objection handling, and outreach best practices.
- Comfortable with sales tools like HubSpot, Slack, Calendly, and dialers (Nooks, Aircall, etc.).
- Process-driven and detail-oriented — you don’t let sloppy execution slide.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken + written).
- Able to work US business hours.
