Cold Call Sales Expert

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales Representative / Cold Call Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
You will be the first point of contact with potential customers, introducing our services, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities
Make 300–400 outbound calls per day to businesses and decision-makers.
Follow a proven sales script while tailoring conversations to prospects.
Generate interest, build rapport, and qualify potential customers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Schedule appointments or transfer warm leads to senior sales staff.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly call quotas and sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
Participate in regular training and coaching sessions for skill development.

Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling (B2B preferred).
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Comfortable working U.S. business hours (night shift in PH).
Ability to handle objections, remain persistent, and stay motivated.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
High-speed internet connection and reliable computer setup.
