I’m looking for a creative and reliable video editor to help produce engaging videos (15 to 25 minutes). Your role is to create polished, high-retention videos.

What you’ll do:

- Organize and edit provided footage into smooth, engaging videos.
- Add captions, titles, background music, and transitions.
- Enhance storytelling through pacing, timing, and creative cuts.
- Incorporate B-roll, graphics, and visuals to keep content dynamic.
- Ensure videos match the channel’s tone, style, and branding.
- Deliver on time and be open to feedback.

What I’m looking for:

- Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Understanding of YouTube audience engagement and editing styles.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow direction while bringing fresh, creative input.
- Bonus: motion graphics/animation skills or experience in [your niche].
