Community Program Manager

We’re looking for a Community Program Manager to help us grow and nurture one of our communities (focused on Artificial Intelligence). This program has an active Facebook group, a regular newsletter, ongoing calls, and in-person events. Your role is to make sure our community members feel supported, engaged, and connected.

What You’ll Do

Engage actively in our Facebook group, sparking conversation, answering questions, and celebrating member wins.

Manage events & programming: Oversee our calendar of online calls, guest speaker and help coordinate the planning of our in person and online events.

Support our members: Ensure members have what they need, listen to their feedback, and identify opportunities to add value.

Be our eyes and ears: Spot trends, challenges, or ideas in the community, and bring insights back to the team to improve the program.

Drive engagement: Create a welcoming, lively space where members feel excited to participate.

Experience in community management or related roles.

Strong communication skills, especially in online groups and live settings.

Organized and proactive — you’ll keep our community calendar and initiatives on track.

Empathy and attentiveness — you notice what members need, even when they don’t say it outright.

A passion for AI, consulting, and professional development is a big plus.
