Ministry Focused Social Media Manager, Canva Graphic Designer

We are a growing Christian ministry creating apparel and digital products (T-shirts, workbooks, journals) to help women live out their faith. We are seeking a creative and passionate Virtual Assistant who is skilled in social media and graphic design to help us share God's Word. - ** $20 WEEKLY BONUSES & $50MONTHLY BONUSES available**

Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging, faith-based content for Instagram Reels/Stories using CapCut and Canva.
Design beautiful digital products (workbooks, journals, calendars) in Canva.
Schedule posts and engage with our community of followers.

Assist in developing strategies to grow our online presence and reach more women with our message.

**Performance Bonus Opportunities:
Bonuses are awarded for exceptional work that directly contributes to our ministry's growth and reputation. All bonuses are subject to a 7-day verification period to ensure transaction legitimacy.

Content Excellence Bonus ($20): Awarded for any original digital product (workbook, journal, calendar) we design that achieves over $500 in net sales (after refunds/chargebacks) within a 7-day period.

Viral Impact Bonus ($20): Awarded for any video content piece (Reel/Short) you create that achieves over 50,000 authentic views in a 7-day period.

Five-Star Standard Bonus ($50 Monthly): This bonus is awarded monthly to team members who uphold our brand's reputation for excellence. It is earned by maintaining a consistent track record where our products—which feature our designs—receive genuine, unsolicited 5-star reviews and positive customer testimonials throughout the month. This bonus reflects your contribution to our world-class customer experience.

Compensation structure and product goals are subject to change with prior written notice. All creative ideas, concepts, and products remain the intellectual property of Rona RIvera and are protected under a strict NDA. Final approval on all designs and content rests with management. Efficiency and clear communication are paramount; this role requires 1-2 daily video check-ins during agreed-upon hours to ensure alignment and success
