Social Media Growth Assistant – Reddit, Facebook Groups & TikTok Cross-Promotion

I run a YouTube channel in the bodycam / true crime niche and need a social media growth assistant who knows how to drive real traffic to YouTube through smart cross-promotion.

Your main role is to get my videos seen outside of YouTube by:

What You’ll Do
• Reddit Promotion: Find and post my videos in relevant Reddit communities (ex: r/PublicFreakout, r/JusticeServed, r/IdiotsInCars, r/TrueCrime, etc.) in a way that feels natural (not spam).
• Facebook Groups: Share my videos into relevant public/private groups (true crime, police encounters, DUI awareness, car fails, etc.) to spark organic engagement.
• TikTok Virals: Take the wildest/funniest/shocking clips from my long videos and repurpose them into 15–30 sec TikToks designed to go viral. Add captions, hashtags, and calls to action pointing back to YouTube.
• Content Distribution: Repost across multiple platforms consistently (Reddit + FB + TikTok) to maximize reach.

Skills Required
• Strong written English (knows how to “frame” a Reddit/Facebook post so it gets engagement).
• Experience posting on Reddit & Facebook without accounts getting banned.
• Basic video editing (clip cutting, resizing, adding captions for TikTok).
• Understands how TikTok virality works (hooks, captions, hashtags, trends).
• Knows how to promote content in a non-spammy way.

Bonus Points (Not Required)
• Has grown or promoted a YouTube or TikTok channel before.
• Familiar with true crime / bodycam / road rage / DUI niche content.
• Can suggest new communities/groups to post in.
