Hey, we’re looking for a Tech Ops Specialist who can take landing page design and GoHighLevel automations off our plate. If you’re sharp with design and systems, this is for you.

Role
Build funnels, automations, and landing pages. Maintain CRM and support other teams.

Responsibilities
Create high-converting landing pages
Build and fix GoHighLevel automations
Maintain a clean and organized CRM
Build tools and systems for the RSM/CSM team

Done List
Daily: Check automations and forms, confirm no issues
Weekly: Deliver “systems running” update to Ops Manager/CEO

Skills Needed
Strong landing page design (Figma, GHL, or similar)
Proficient in GoHighLevel automations, triggers, pipelines
Solid understanding of CRMs and data hygiene
Problem solver who can streamline repetitive tasks into systems
Clear communicator with a focus on speed and accuracy
