BridgeCom Systems is looking for a motivated Sales Cold Caller to join our growing global team. This is NOT a VA agency or call center job. We’re a U.S.-based company with 20+ years in radio communications and a worldwide reputation for excellence.
In this role, you’ll focus on outbound calls and prospecting, reaching out to new leads and past customers, engaging them in conversations, and guiding them toward our proven solutions. No radio experience required, we'll train you.

???? ROLE DETAILS
Location: Remote (Philippines & international candidates welcome)


Type: Full-Time


Compensation: $4.50-$5.50/hr USD + Uncapped Commission (1% on appointments set)


Earning Potential: $20,000+/year USD for ambitious earners


Schedule: U.S. Business Hours (Night Shift PH)

???? RESPONSIBILITIES
Make 50–150 outbound cold calls per day to prospects and past leads


Help create sales scripts and objection-handling strategies


Engage with prospects via phone, text, and email to build rapport


Track all activity in the CRM (HubSpot) and hit daily/weekly KPIs


Join team sales huddles, coaching, and training sessions


Stay up-to-date on products, promotions, and processes



???? QUALIFICATIONS
2+ year in securing appointments for closers for BtoB outbound sales, proven track record of success
LOVES prospecting and finding the right customers
Able to reach out to 50-150 prospects per day
Exceptional English communication skills (verbal & written)


Confident on the phone and able to handle objections professionally


Comfortable using CRMs and digital sales tools


Self-motivated, accountable, and coachable with strong work ethic


Thrives in a growing environment where the whole team is creating and perfecting systems and processes and finding new growth opportunities


Tech-savvy with reliable home setup (internet, headset, PC)


Radio/ham experience is not required—we’ll train you. A willingness to learn is a must.

Ability to sit for long periods and work at a computer


Occasional travel opportunities possible (up to 5%)
