Business Loan Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Business Loan Assistant to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate will support our financing and lending operations by reviewing financial documents, assisting with loan packaging, and providing accurate, timely data entry. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze client financial documents including:
Tax returns (personal & corporate)
Bank statements
Corporate formation documents (Articles of Incorporation, Operating Agreements, etc.)
Assist in preparing loan applications and financial summaries for business clients.
Accurately input and organize data from financial documents into CRM and loan processing systems.
Coordinate with clients and tea ---------- mbers to gather missing documentation.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth loan processing and compliance with requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.

Qualifications
Experience reading and interpreting tax returns, bank statements, and corporate forms.
Banking or financial services background preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, Sheets).
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently.

Preferred Skills
Previous experience in loan processing, bookkeeping, or financial analysis.
Familiarity with U.S. banking or lending processes.
Ability to work U.S. business hours (with some flexibility).
