JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Salesforce expert to assist in the adoption of Salesforce Cloud and Salesforce Engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and integrating Salesforce with various tools to streamline our sales processes. Your expertise will help in customizing the platform to meet our specific business needs and ensuring smooth data flow between systems. You will lead the stand-up, configuration, and integration of Salesforce (including Sales Cloud and Sales Engagement), connect our telephony tools, automate webform/lead flows, and sync qualified leads into Buildertrend.

This is a hands-on implementation role with strong potential to evolve into an ongoing support or systems manager position.

Responsibilities

Salesforce Implementation
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud with Sales Engagement and a Telephony provider adopted from Salesforce App Exchange
• Set up user roles, profiles, flows, fields, pipelines, dashboards, and automations
• Create and optimize Lead | Opportunity | Win processes
• Create test plans, validate flows, and document SOPs
• Train internal users on Salesforce UI, engagement tools, and best practices

Lead Source Integrations
• Set up web-to-lead capture from:
• Our Squarespace website forms
• Angi Leads / Angi Ads API or CSV feeds into Salesforce
• Map fields and ensure proper deduplication and qualification logic

Native Telephony Setup
• Evaluate and implement a Salesforce AppExchange CTI provider (e.g., Dialpad, Aircall, RingCentral, JustCall)
• Enable call/SMS tracking, call recording, and analytics within Salesforce
• Build workflows based on call activity (e.g., task creation, follow-ups)

Buildertrend Integration
• Create integration (native connector available) to sync qualified leads from Salesforce to Buildertrend
• Criteria-based sync (e.g., lead score, sales stage, project type)
• Maintain field mapping consistency (client name, email, phone, job type, budget, etc.)

Requirements
• 3+ years of Salesforce administration, configuration, or consulting experience
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Engagement / HVS
• Hands-on experience with webform integrations, API tools
• Familiarity with construction/field service workflows is a plus
• Strong understanding of lead routing, sales cadence setup, and CRM best practices
• Experience setting up AppExchange CTI tools like Dialpad, RingCentral, or JustCall
• Ability to work independently with business stakeholders and ops leaders
