About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, marketing-focused Virtual Assistant to help us dominate on social media, keep our marketing consistent, and handle key real estate admin tasks. If you can edit videos, create eye-catching content, schedule newsletters, and manage social media — with real estate experience as a bonus — you might be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & Social Media (Top Priority)
Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and
Create social media graphics and marketing materials in Canva (flyers, postcards, digital ads)
Schedule weekly newsletters and social media posts
Brainstorm and implement content ideas for real estate marketing campaigns
2. CRM & Automations
Set up Follow Up Boss (FUB) automations, drip campaigns, and basic integrations
Manage
3. Real Estate Admin Support
Order For Sale signs, schedule photographers, and upload listings to MLS
Coordinate showings, inspections, and contractors
Follow up with sellers for showing feedback
What We Expect:
A creative eye for video editing and social media content
Confidence in using Canva or similar design tools
Experience scheduling newsletters and managing social media calendars
Clear and proactive communication — daily check-ins via WhatsApp
Ability to streamline processes with SOPs and checklists
Qualifications:
2+ years as a real estate VA or marketing assistant (California real estate experience is a plus)
Proven video editing skills (provide samples)
Social media marketing experience across multiple platforms
Canva proficiency for digital and print materials
Familiarity with FUB & Lofty CRMs for automations and drip campaigns
MLS input experience preferred but not required
