Creative Product Designer for Plush Toy Project

We are seeking a talented and reliable designer to help us bring an exciting plush collectible toy project to life. This role blends product design and manufacturing preparation, supporting us from concept through to factory-ready files.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clean, professional design references suitable for toy manufacturing
- Create 3D/CAD-style models or illustrations showing proportions, accessories, and textures
- Prepare technical specifications, artwork, and simple packaging references
- Collaborate with our team to refine designs for production consistency
- Ensure files and outputs are clear for international manufacturers

Skills & Experience (ideal but flexible):
- Experience with CAD, 3D modelling, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Ability to translate creative concepts into factory-ready designs
- Knowledge of toy/plush production or product prototyping is a plus
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, responsive, and able to deliver within deadlines
