About us We are a growing solar company focused on helping homeowners reduce energy costs and transition to renewable power. We’re hiring remote cold callers/appointment setters to help drive qualified leads and book appointments for our sales team.
Position summary We’re looking for motivated, conversational, and results-driven cold callers/appointment setters to make outbound calls, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our solar consultants. This is a remote role with performance-based pay.
Key responsibilities
Make outbound calls to homeowner leads following provided scripts and campaign objectives
Qualify prospects by assessing interest, roof suitability, timing, and budget
Book appointments for field or virtual consultations and confirm details with prospects
Record call notes and update lead status in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar)
Follow up on warm leads via phone and
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs (appointments set, connect rate, conversion rate)
Provide feedback to improve scripts and lead quality
Qualifications
1+ year of outbound calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience (solar or home services preferred)
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and VOIP/dialer tools
Self-motivated, reliable, and results-oriented
Quiet home workspace, stable high-speed internet, and quality headset
Flexible schedule to cover peak calling hours (morning/evening as required)
