JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Creative Director to lead the strategic and creative direction of our content across digital platforms. This leadership role is critical in ensuring brand consistency, driving compelling storytelling, and producing high-quality visual and video content that fuels audience growth and engagement.

The Creative Director will not only set the vision but also actively guide and support the team to bring ideas to life. This is a leadership position that requires someone who can balance big-picture creativity with hands-on execution, while fostering collaboration and maintaining smooth workflows.

This role requires two to three weekly meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and progress.

Compensation: $300–$500 USD per month
Type: Freelance, full remote

Key Responsibilities
-Define and oversee the overall creative vision across campaigns, YouTube, social media, and other digital channels.
-Lead concept development, creative direction, and execution for video content, graphics, and campaigns.
-Collaborate with the Operations Manager to maintain a healthy and straightforward project management workflow.
-Work closely with content, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure creative output aligns with business objectives.
-Review and approve final creative assets prior to publication, ensuring quality and consistency.
-Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of editors, designers, and specialists; building a culture of creativity and accountability.
-Manage project timelines, conduct performance reviews, and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.
-Act as both a team leader and a team player, balancing authority with collaboration.


Qualifications
-Minimum 2 years of creative experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
-Proven success in digital content creation, campaign execution, and brand storytelling.
-Must be able to provide a strong portfolio of creative work.
-Familiarity with workflow and collaboration tools such as ---------- , Notion, Slack, and Google Business Tools.
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, and creative direction.
-Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide others.
-Comfortable working in a full-time schedule, 8AM to 4PM Philippine Time.
