We’re looking for a SuiteDash Specialist to help us unlock the full potential of our all-in-one platform. This role is less about “keeping SuiteDash running” and more about designing workflows, automations, and client experiences that save time, eliminate friction, and give our team and clients a seamless experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SuiteDash and a strong understanding of business processes, project management, CRM, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customize and optimize SuiteDash portals, pipelines, and dashboards to support business needs.
• Automate workflows that reduce manual tasks (e.g., client onboarding, invoice reminders, task assignments).
• Build and maintain CRM segmentation, deal pipelines, and reporting dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Train internal teams to use SuiteDash effectively and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure integrations (payments, email, storage, calendars) run smoothly.
• Manage permissions and roles to ensure clients and staff see only what they should.
• Regularly review usage data and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:
• Proven track record implementing SuiteDash (or very similar platforms).
• Strong understanding of workflows, client portals, and project/task management.
• Experience building automations and connecting SuiteDash modules for end-to-end efficiency.
• Analytical and detail-oriented; able to design systems that scale.
• Strong communication skills; able to train both tech-savvy and non-technical users.

Preferred:
• Experience migrating data from other CRMs.
• Familiarity with Zapier or webhook integrations.
• Knowledge of branding SuiteDash portals for client-facing use.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for leveraging technology to improve business operations.
