Marketing Coordinator

We are a U.S.-based medical education company focused on metabolic health and therapy. We produce a podcast (2-3 episodes per month) and have a membership platform that offers one Live Q&A per month.

We’re looking for a Full-Time Marketing Coordinator (30–40 hrs/week) to help with content production, podcast editing and copy writing (using AI tools), social media promotion, graphics, and membership communications.

You will:
- Coordinate podcast and Live Q&A guest scheduling.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Descript) to draft copy for newsletters and social posts (to be approved before publishing).
- Create basic graphics using Canva and/or templates.
- Edit podcast episodes in Descript by inserting intro/outro, ads, and sponsor graphics.
- Upload episodes to Buzzsprout & YouTube.
- Select clips/reels for social promotion.
- Schedule posts across IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, FB, LinkedIn, X.
- Set up and promote Live Q&A webinars.
- Format and send member update emails.
- Monitor and engage with the online community.

This is a long-term role with consistent hours and the opportunity to grow as our company expands.
Hours: Full-time (30-40 hrs/week), flexible but must overlap at least a few hours with U.S. time zone for communication.
