Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Product Sourcing Specialist (Amazon FBA Wholesale/OA)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. Your primary role will be sourcing profitable products for our Amazon FBA business through wholesale suppliers and online arbitrage (OA). You will analyze product catalogs, scan price lists, and identify items that meet our criteria for ROI, sales rank, and demand.

This is a long-term position with growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Source profitable products from wholesale supplier catalogs and online retailers.

Analyze product data using tools such as Keepa, SellerAmp (SAS), InventoryLab, and Google Sheets.

Identify products that meet our target ROI, sales rank, and sales velocity criteria.

Track and document all sourced products in a structured spreadsheet for review.

Communicate findings daily/weekly with the team.

Perform basic miscellaneous tasks such as sorting giftcards

Requirements:
Experience with Amazon FBA product research (wholesale and/or OA).

Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Keepa, SellerAmp (SAS), RevSeller, InventoryLab, or similar tools.

Strong attention to detail.

Good written and spoken English communication.

Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working as a sourcing VA for Amazon sellers.

Understanding of Buy Box dynamics, sales rank, and Amazon fees.

Spreadsheet management skills (Google Sheets/Excel).

Compensation & Schedule:
