The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Recruiter, Cold Caller, Social Media Manager, and Go HighLevel (GHL) Specialist. You should be proactive, resourceful, and capable of working with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Cold Calling
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for healthcare and dental roles.
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential candidates and client leads.
Manage applicant pipelines using structured recruiting workflows.
Social Media Management
Create, schedule, and manage posts across
Design engaging graphics and campaigns that attract both clients and candidates.
Monitor engagement and optimize strategies to grow brand presence.
Go HighLevel CRM & Automation
Build and optimize GHL campaigns, automations, and pipelines.
Manage
Monitor performance metrics and troubleshoot system issues.
General VA Support
Assist with administrative tasks, research, and reporting.
Maintain consistent communication with leadership and tea
Contribute ideas and improvements to help streamline operations.
