About the Role

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Video Editor & Social Media Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate is someone who can take raw video content and turn it into engaging, polished media while managing and growing our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is crucial in building brand awareness, generating leads, and showcasing our properties, community involvement, and expertise in the real estate market.

Responsibilities

Video Editing

Edit raw video content into high-quality, engaging short- and long-form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

Add graphics, captions, music, and transitions to align with brand identity.

Create listing videos, property tours, educational content, market updates, and lifestyle videos.

Social Media Management

Develop and execute a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Post consistently, monitor performance, and engage with the audience to grow followers and engagement.

Create graphics, posts, and stories to highlight new listings, sold properties, client testimonials, and real estate tips.

Stay up to date with trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Brand Growth & Strategy

Analyze analytics and adjust content to maximize reach and engagement.

Suggest and implement creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms.

Qualifications

Proven experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar software).

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends (especially in real estate or related industries).

Ability to shoot and edit content quickly for fast turnaround.

Graphic design skills a plus (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
