• Follow trends, styles, and retention strategies
• Edit independently with minimal supervision

• Proficient in CapCut (mobile or desktop)
• Fluent in English
• Understands TikTok-style pacing, cuts, text formatting
• Ability to learn quickly and follow directions
• Positive attitude toward feedback
• Self-starter mentality — no micromanagement needed
