Virtual Assistant – GoHighLevel Specialist (Remote, Full-Time, Long-Term)

We’re a U.S.-based marketing and insurance agency seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant with strong GoHighLevel (GHL) experience. This role is ideal if you’re tech-savvy, client-friendly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where CRM and automation are the backbone of success.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize workflows inside GoHighLevel/Producer Autopilot
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups through GHL
- Send reminders, nurture sequences, and track client engagement
- Keep CRM pipelines clean, updated, and moving forward
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure project deadlines are met
- Suggest workflow/automation improvements to boost efficiency

Requirements:
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
- Confident making calls & building client relationships
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (preferred) or other CRMs
- Background in appointment setting, client communication, or VA work
- Available during U.S. business hours
- Quiet home office + reliable internet
- Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive

Nice-to-Have:
- Advanced GHL skills (funnels, automations, triggers, workflows)
- Webinar/event support experience
- Sales or lead generation background
