Position: Client Care & Scheduling Specialist
Schedule: 30-40 hours per week
Rate: $3.00 per hour with quarterly review opportunities for raises

About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated Client Care & Scheduling Specialist to join our busy pet-care facility team. You'll be the friendly voice our clients hear when booking grooming appointments and overnight boarding services, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Provide warm, professional customer support via phone calls and messages
Schedule grooming appointments and boarding reservations
Manage facility calendar and send booking confirmations
Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
Process simple payments and invoices
Coordinate with grooming and kennel teams
Resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently
What We're Looking For
Excellent English skills - C2 proficiency level preferred
Strong phone presence with clear, confident communication
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Quiet, professional workspace
Willingness to learn new booking and CRM software (full training provided)
Professional attitude and customer service mindset
Schedule Details
30-40 hours per week with consistent scheduling
U.S. business hours preferred
Occasional weekend availability helpful
Some schedule flexibility available for the right candidate
