Podcast & Video Editor (4K Footage, Final Cut Preferred - not Mandatory))

I’m looking for a reliable video editor who specializes in podcasts. Most projects will be 30–60 minutes of 4K footage with multiple camera angles. You’ll handle:
• Cutting between angles and syncing footage
• Adding intros/outros (assets provided)
• Inserting b-roll where needed
• Cleaning up audio (I’ll provide my workflow)
• Creating YouTube chapters
• Making edits based on feedback quickly
• (Optional but preferred) Creating thumbnails that match my current style

To get a sense of the editing approach:
• Check the last two episodes on Shira Lazar’s YouTube channel (edited by my team) - This is going to be the first job, and this style will be most important to replicate.
• My style is similar to The Iced Coffee Hour (Graham Stephan & Jack Selby) and the TryKarat podcast (Eric Wei)

Requirements:
• Strong background in video editing (podcast experience preferred)
• Ability to edit in Final Cut Pro (preferred but not required)
• Collaborative, responsive, and open to feedback
• Fast turnaround: 1–2 business days for first draft, revisions within 24 hours

Nice to Have:
• Audio cleanup and leveling skills
• Experience with YouTube packaging (titles, descriptions, thumbnails)

Compensation:
• Paid per project (one podcast episode)
• Rate: $60–100 per episode, depending on experience and quality
