Virtual Assistant - Data Research (Direct Hire)

Job Description

We are hiring a detail-oriented VA to help with data research on mobile home parks in the United States.

This is not generic VA work — you will be trained on a step-by-step process, and accuracy is more important than speed. The right candidate is proactive, honest, and accountable.

Tasks Include

Searching for mobile home parks online (Google, county GIS, etc.)

Pulling property details (address, owner name, mailing address)

Verifying property ownership (individual vs LLC)

Looking up LLC members on Secretary of State sites

Running FastPeopleSearch for owner details

Flagging properties that meet specific criteria

Requirements

Strong English reading & writing skills

Reliable internet and computer

Detail-oriented — accuracy is non-negotiable

Comfortable with research-heavy tasks

Able to follow instructions exactly

Compensation

Start at $4/hr

Raise to $5/hr after consistent 90%+ accuracy

Raise to $6/hr with 100?curacy + weekly quota met

Paid weekly via GCash or Wise
