JOB OVERVIEW

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for new business 
* Coordinate and collaborate with the Sales team to promote and advertise products and the brand 
* Generate new sales and revenue growth within assigned accounts 
* Ensure EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) orders are transmitting properly and resolve any issues with the EDI team 
* Manage multiple projects and ensure timely, high-quality execution within budget constraints 
* Maintain customer contact and follow-up through CRM systems 
* Track account performance and generate sales reports to evaluate growth strategies 
* Present account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to internal teams and stakeholders 
* Provide product education and training to accounts as needed 
* Perform general administrative duties and support special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field 
* 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills 
* Excellent communication, persuasion, and collaboration abilities 
* Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail 
* Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to articulate ideas clearly 
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite 
* Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools 
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently 
* Demonstrates a consistent commitment to Lean Ops practices and continuous improvement 
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment 
* Demonstrates ability to work successfully in a team environment by building rapport and developing effective, collaborative relationships internally and externally
