Cold Caller / Product Sourcing Specialist (Cannabis Industry)

We are seeking a motivated and professional Cold Caller / Product Sourcing Specialist to assist one of our clients in the cannabis industry. The role involves contacting licensed cannabis cultivation facilities from our internal database to gather information about harvest dates, available product, and assist with purchasing.

This position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport with facility managers and purchasing contacts.

Responsibilities:

Call licensed cannabis cultivation facilities from our provided database.

Gather key information including harvest dates, available inventory, and product details.

Record and organize data accurately into our system.

Assist in sourcing and coordinating potential product purchases.

Follow up with facilities to maintain ongoing relationships.

Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (B2B experience preferred).

Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written).

Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.

Professional, persistent, and detail-oriented.

Ability to work remotely with stable internet and a clear phone/VoIP setup.

Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus, but not required.

Work Schedule:

Full-time or part-time (to be discussed).

Flexible hours, but must overlap with U.S. business hours for calls.
