About Us
We’re looking to supercharge our automation capabilities—building and deploying AI agents and workflow “swarms” rapidly, reliably, and at scale. Think “Hey, build this, test it, push it live”—multiple agents launched per week. Ultimate speed meets robust production readiness.
Role Overview
As our n8n AI Automation Engineer, you'll be a key player in designing, implementing, and managing autonomous AI agents on the n8n platform:
• Use n8n's visual-no-code workflow engine to architect and deploy intelligent, agent-based automations.
• Craft multi agent “swarms” and coordinate them for end to end task execution (e.g. content generation, alerts, integrations).
• Ensure reliability through workflow testing, conditional logic, validations, error handling, and monitoring.
• Translate rapid ideas into operational workflows—from design to production—without friction.
• Deploy, self host (via Docker/cloud), scale, and maintain automation pipelines.
• Collaborate across teams, iterate quickly, and document solutions for reuse and extension.
Key Responsibilities
• Rapid Agent Development: Translate prompts like “Build me a multi-step AI powered workflow for X” into n8n workflows—end to end, in production.
• Complex Integrations: Work with n8n’s nodes, triggers, APIs, webhooks,
• Automation Sprints: Launch multiple agents per week—design, test, troubleshoot, deploy, and monitor.
• Scalable Architecture: Build modular, reusable workflows and orchestrated “agent swarms”—enabling parallel task execution, shared memory, multi agent collaboration.
• Deployment & Reliability: Self-host n8n using Docker or cloud infrastructure; manage credentials, webhooks, error retries, logging, and uptime.
• Prompt Engineering & Memory Design: Shape agent behavior through prompt engineering, enable memory/context via RAG, and ensure continuity across sessions.
• Quality & Monitoring: Build in validations, error handling, logging, performance metrics, monitoring dashboards.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
• Demonstrated experience building complex automation with n8n, including AI agents, LLM integrations, webhooks, and multi-step workflows.
• Hands-on with integrations:
• Skilled in designing modular, reusable workflows and "agent swarm" orchestration.
• Familiar with deploying n8n at scale—self-hosting via Docker or cloud, managing uptime and credentials.
• Strong capability in prompt engineering, memory systems, and RAG retrieval workflows.
• Comfortable with error handling, conditional logic, validation flows, testing, and monitoring.
• High adaptability, able to sprint from concept to live automation quickly and repeatedly.
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with voice agents (e.g., Retell AI, Eleven Labs)
• Familiarity with templates and pre-built agent packs (n8n templates, AI agent collections)
• Understanding of multi-agent frameworks or orchestration concepts from “swarms” or similar ecosystems.
• Knowledge of LLMs beyond OpenAI (e.g. Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek).
Ideal Candidate Profile
• You thrive in fast-paced, result-oriented environments—launching multiple agents weekly is your norm.
• You’re extremely hands-on: from design to production, you build, test, fix, deploy, monitor, repeat.
• You bring order and quality even under tight timelines.
• You’re proactive, self-sufficient, and excellent at remote collaboration.
Why Join Us?
• High Velocity: You're empowered to build agency—launch new tools and automations every week.
• Innovation at Speed: Blend bleeding-edge AI agents, RAG, and no-code tooling in meaningful workflows.
• Scalable Impact: Your work powers real automation that runs autonomously, reliably, and at scale.
How to Apply
Send your resume and a brief portfolio or overview of:
• 1–2 sample n8n AI agents or workflows you’ve built (links/screenshots).
• Key integrations or orchestration logic you implemented.
• Any self-hosting or production deployment experience.
Feel free to include GitHub, screenshots, or a quick recorded demo.
