Affiliate Marketing Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW
Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred)


Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday (flexible but must overlap partially with EST/PHT)
Salary: Competitive, negotiable based on experience

???? Responsibilities
Set up and manage UpPromote for affiliate tracking and payouts
Onboard, manage, and support affiliates through the platform
Provide affiliates with ready-to-use marketing assets (links, banners, copy, etc.)
Monitor performance, track conversions, and generate clear reports
Ensure accuracy of payments and prevent fraud within the system
Work with the marketing team to continually optimize the affiliate program


? Requirements
Proven experience managing UpPromote (Shopify app)
At least 2 years in affiliate marketing or program management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good written English for affiliate communication
Reliable internet and ability to work independently


? Bonus if you have experience with:
Recruiting affiliates at scale
Creating affiliate training materials or guides
Integrating affiliate data with CRM or automation tools
