JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Customer Support Virtual Assistant to join our growing team.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive fast, clear, and empathetic support.

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via Zendesk (email, live chat, and tickets).
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Escalate technical or complex cases when needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Assist with basic admin tasks related to orders and customer accounts.

Requirements:
Proven Zendesk experience (must-have).
Strong written English communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage high ticket volumes.
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
Previous e-commerce or Shopify experience/
