The Opportunity:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales department. Acting as the bridge between our marketing efforts and our sales team, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a vital role in filling our sales pipeline and driving the growth of our business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact in a dynamic and supportive remote environment.


What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

- Research and identify potential customers in our target industries, understanding their needs to determine if they are a good fit for our services.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns through various online channels, including LinkedIn and email, to engage potential leads.
- Nurture relationships with new leads through personalized, professional communication, providing valuable information to guide them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Account Manager to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and align on sales strategies.
- Track and analyze the performance of your campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results and improve lead quality.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lead generation activities in our CRM system.


What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications):

- Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar marketing and sales role.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages and build rapport.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and use data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other marketing/sales tools.
- A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Compensation:
------------------
Starting Base Rate: CAD $500 / month.

Uncapped Performance Bonuses: We believe in rewarding success. On top of your base rate, you will earn:
- A commission for every qualified lead that results in a conducted meeting or call.
- An additional, bonus when that lead is successfully converted into a won deal.
