This role supports content creation and channel operations by handling script development, voiceover production, and administrative coordination. The position blends creative and organizational tasks to keep projects running smoothly and ensure high-quality deliverables for the channel. Training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scriptwriting & Content Development
Use AI tools to draft, refine, and structure video scripts.
Rewrite and polish scripts to ensure clarity, flow, accuracy, and engagement.
Research and fact-check content to maintain credibility.
Adapt content for natural voiceover delivery.
2. Voiceover Production
Record professional-quality voiceovers.
Edit and clean audio files to meet production standards.
Deliver final VO tracks in the required format for video editors.
3. Administrative Support
Manage project workflows and track progress across multiple tasks.
Upload completed outputs (scripts, videos, thumbnails, VOs) into the Master Folder.
Paste correct file links into Trello checklists and update task statuses.
Leave comments and tag relevant tea
Coordinate revisions and approvals by keeping labels and statuses up to date (e.g., “In Progress,” “For Approval,” “Approved”).
4. Transition & Team Coordination
Document processes to make handover smooth for new tea
Ensure continuity of content quality and workflow standards.
Provide guidance on best practices for script structure, AI-assisted writing, and workflow management.

Skills & Tools:
Strong writing and editing skills (with an eye for pacing, tone, and clarity).
Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools.
Audio recording and editing proficiency (preferred).
Project management experience with Trello (or similar platforms).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deliverables under deadlines.
