Virtual Assistant – Insurance Agency & Financial Advisor Support

Do you love organization, creativity, and getting things done?
We’re looking for a driven, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a U.S.-based insurance and financial advising agency.

NOTE: This was posted a few months back, due to some family challenges, we did not pursue this. Carefully read the entire ad.

This is not a sales role — it’s about back-office execution, creative support, and keeping systems running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
CRM ( ---------- ) – Manage contacts, update records, track follow-ups. (Excellent support provided.)
Social Media – Assist with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
Content – Help create BombBomb (or similar) videos and “Two Minutes with Thomas” clips; handle uploads.
Websites – Build or maintain simple websites or landing pages (optional).
Events – Set up Zoo ---------- etings, manage invites, and maintain calendars.
Products – Support campaigns for Living Trusts, Pet Insurance, Final Expense, and other simple retirement programs.

Who Should Apply
Detail-oriented — you finish what you start.
Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Experience with social media management - inc. PPC ad skills
Comfortable with basic website tools (WordPress, Wix, etc.).
Proactive, self-motivated, and dependable.
Very Strong English skills (written & spoken).

Who Should NOT Apply
Looking for a side hustle or unable to commit steady hours.
Need constant supervision.
Uncomfortable learning new tools or platforms.
Have unreliable internet or multiple conflicting jobs.

Work Hours & Pay
Full-time or part-time (10–34 hours per week, to be d ---------- together).
Some overlap with California (PST) IS IMPORTANT
Pay based on experience — include your expected monthly salary (PHP) in your application.
