Position: Home Health Staffer

Day to Day:
- Coordinate and schedule home health therapy referrals
- Answer client inbound phone calls, emails, and texts.
- Reach out to our network of therapists and ensure they are available, responding, and keep the client informed.
- Follow up, make friends, and help save lives... YEAH BABY

Qualifications
- Required: Exceptional English communication skills (10/10 proficiency) for phone and email interactions.
- Required: Proficiency in Google Sheets for data management and scheduling.
- Preferred: Prior experience in home health or healthcare staffing.
- Preferred: Education in Nursing or English Training or Accounting
- Required: Super friendly, bubbly, SMART and a
- Required: Ability to maintain perfect attendance and reliability in a remote work environment.
- Required: Back-up internet, electricity, computer with proof.
- Required: Perfect attendance.
- Required: Pacific standard time work hours (Los Angeles / California)

Job Details
- Location: 100% remote, work-from-home position.
- Employment Type: Full-time employee position with comprehensive benefits package.
- Salary: Base salary of 15,000 to 18,000 Pesos per month, plus night differential, perfect attendance, performance bonus, quarterly bonus, company wide goal bonus.
- Benefits: Paid time off, 13th month, Paid Holiday, Paid US Holiday without work.
