We are a fast-growing fashion dropshipping store, and we’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who can help us provide an outstanding experience to our customers.
Our brand focuses on delivering the latest fashion trends to customers worldwide, and we believe that excellent customer service is one of the keys to our success. That’s where you come in. Your job will be to respond to customer inquiries, handle order-related questions, and assist with returns or other issues in a professional and friendly way. You’ll also collaborate with our fulfillment team whenever necessary to make sure everything runs smoothly.
This is a part-time position where you’ll be working two hours per day, divided into two shifts: from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM CET and from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM CET. The pay is $3 per hour, and you’ll be working 100% remotely, so you can do this job from anywhere as long as you have a reliable internet connection.
To succeed in this role, you need to have at least one year of experience in customer service and hands-on experience with Shopify. You should be comfortable managing orders, assisting customers with their questions, and communicating clearly in English. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
