Creative Manager & Designer (Remote)

We are Liana Vibes Film [Liana Vibes, LLC], a dynamic marketing & life coaching brand looking for a versatile and talented Creative Manager to join our virtual team. This role is a unique hybrid position combining hands-on creative work with team coordination & project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Design & Copywriting: Produce high-quality graphic designs & marketing copy for Liana Vibes Film, aligning with our brand voice and vision.
• Copywriting: For Liana Vibes.
• Team Coordination: Oversee & manage a small team of virtual creatives, including a graphic designer, video editors, and an SEO specialist, ensuring smooth workflow and consistent quality.
• Project Management: Coordinate project timelines, set deadlines, & ensure deliverables meet brand standards. Act as the primary point of contact for creative tasks & align the team with the overall marketing strategy.
• Head Tea ---------- etings

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in graphic design and copywriting, preferably in a marketing or branding context.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tea ---------- mbers remotely.
• A proactive, creative mindset with the confidence to take ownership of both creative output and team coordination.
• Familiarity with remote work tools and a collaborative spirit.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT & Perplexity
• MUST HAVE PROVEN TRACK RECORD WORKING IN THE FITNESS & WELLNESS INDUSTRY OR EQUIVALENT.
