JOB OVERVIEW

I’m an entrepreneur running a growing business and I’m looking for a dependable, smart, and resourceful Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help with lead follow-up and appointment booking. I need someone who’s proactive, honest, communicates well, and figures things out without waiting to be spoon-fed.

You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Calling leads who opted into our funnel and booking them into appointments
- Confirming appointments with leads to reduce no-shows
- Following up with no-show leads and rescheduling them
- Keeping notes and records organized in the CRM

Requirements:
- 2 years minimum experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service
- Strong English communication skills
- Must have a confident, clear, and professional phone presence with a neutral accent (easily understood by US-based prospects).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes accurately
- Comfortable using CRMs, calendars, and spreadsheets
- Fast learner who can adapt to new tools quickly
- Stable internet connection and a reliable computer

Bonus (not required):
- Background in working with marketing funnels
- Previous remote or virtual assistant experience
