Social Media Director

what we search is a person that has already, at least 3 years experience in social media, or team management.??

- must have good internet connection
- Must be an organised and precise person
- Must be creative, like searching good trends that can make the creator videos go viral

What is gonna do this person:
?- manage and talk to our creators (influencers) to make content and train them trough messages on how to make proper videos that goes viral?so like training them to make good quality pictures and videos with good light, smiling, being in the perfect position in the camera
- The communication with the content creators is daily basis

- Organize the google drive content, the creator upload the content on drive and you must organise the content by type of content in the proper folders.
- Move the content to the proper folder so the sales people and social media managers can use it faster and easier
- Organize the catalogue of content
- Will use a translator since the creators will speak spanish, italian or German
- Be always in touch with the social media manager and the sales manager to know what to ask the creator to make content
- Must be flexible with the working hours since the creators have different timezone
- 8 hours per day full time

We'll do a first training to the new employee and instruct you on how to do everything, after this you'll do you own stuff and be independent on the work and just communicate between the administration and the managers to have everything on point.

wage will start base and will increase once the social media director can do everything independently

This is a first position but then the social media director will have a team to manage so will increase the responsibilities and also the salary + bonuses on performance.
