Premier Gaming Massage is expanding and seeking a Full-Charge Mobile App Developer to take full ownership of designing and building a business application from the ground up. Take note: we are looking for a full-charge developer who will build the app entirely from scratch, based on our concepts and requirements. This individual will be responsible for creating a seamless, professional mobile app for both Android and iOS, integrating scheduling, work monitoring, and financial tracking into one platform.

About the Project
We need a custom-built mobile application that will serve as a central hub for our business operations. The development will be rolled out in phases:
1. Messaging & Communication App
* Build an in-app messaging system for seamless communication between management, therapists, and staff.
2. Scheduling System
* Create a scheduling tool that allows therapists to view and confirm shifts.
* Managers should be able to assign, update, and track schedules easily.
3. Work Tracking & Monitoring
* Track therapists’ hours worked, sessions completed, and performance data.
* Provide real-time dashboards for both management and staff.
4. Financial Integration
* Automatically calculate hours worked and payments.
* Funnel all financial data into Excel/Google Sheets for bookkeeping and tax reporting.

Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end development of the mobile app (Android + iOS).
* Work closely with leadership to design user-friendly workflows.
* Ensure secure data handling and smooth integration with Excel/Google Sheets.
* Develop scalable architecture for future updates and integrations.
* Provide ongoing support and updates after launch.

Qualifications
* Proven experience developing mobile applications (portfolio preferred).
* Proficiency in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java), or cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter/React Native.
* Strong UI/UX design understanding.
* Strong experience with backend development and database integration.
* Experience with scheduling apps, financial tracking apps, or workforce management tools. (preferred but not required)
* Familiarity with data export/integration into Excel/Google Sheets.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage a project full cycle.
