About the Role

We’re looking for a smart, motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is capable and willing to learn, able to think independently, and can understand and follow instructions well. This is a great opportunity to grow with a fast, dynamic company.

Your main tasks will include product research, reaching out to potential clients, and helping with admin work like managing inventory and communicating with suppliers. You’ll also support various types of research to assist our team.

No special experience is needed; we’ll provide full training through videos and guides. We’re just looking for someone who is intelligent, capable, and eager to learn. The hours are flexible, allowing you to work whenever and wherever you like, though you may need to be available at night occasionally for urgent tasks or coordination with our US team (EST).

In addition to our US operations, we have a growing team at our Philippines office in Manila (although this role is fully remote).

Responsibilities:
• Conduct product research to identify new trends and opportunities in the market
• Perform client research and outreach to expand our customer base
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including inventory management and supplier communications
• Assist with various types of research to support business needs
• Handle urgent tasks and communicate with the US team during EST hours when necessary

Qualifications:
• No specific qualifications or skills are required; we provide comprehensive training through video and written guides
• Intelligent, capable, and willing to learn
• Needs to speak English very well
• Ability to think independently and understand and follow instructions well
• Quick adapter and hard worker

Work Hours:
• Full-time position, at least 40 hours per week
• Flexible hours; work whenever and wherever you like
• Occasional requirement to stay up during night hours for urgent tasks and communication with the US team (EST)

Compensation:
• Starting at $4 per hour with potential for raises based on performance
• You will be paid weekly via Wise transfer.
