We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented E-Commerce Growth Hacker to take our online sales and profit to the next level. This role is not about store management or maintenance — it’s about growth. We want someone who can show us numbers: how much you grew, how you did it, and how you can do it again for us.
If you have a proven track record of scaling revenue, optimizing ad spend, and driving measurable profit growth across multiple platforms, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to rapidly grow online sales and profit (not just revenue).
Optimize advertising spend (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to maximize ROI and profit margins.
Track and improve core KPIs: conversion rate, CAC, AOV, repeat purchase rate, ROAS.
Identify and implement new growth opportunities (product launches, upsells, cross-sells, geo-expansion).
Provide clear reporting with data and results — revenue, profit, and performance improvements.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align on growth goals.
Qualifications
Proven track record of growing e-commerce sales and profit (please provide data in your application).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn metrics into action.
Hands-on experience with ads management, conversion optimization, and funnel building.
Proficiency in Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
