Job Overview

We are a UK-based e-commerce brand launching a Shopify store in the home & lifestyle niche. We’re looking for a Freelance Ads Specialist to run and optimize our Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads/Shopping campaigns with the goal of driving profitable conversions and sales.

This is a freelance/contract role, not a general VA position. We’re seeking someone who is highly skilled at managing paid campaigns, testing creatives, and scaling successful ads.

Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns (prospecting + retargeting).

Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search & Shopping campaigns) for e-commerce.

Install & configure tracking (Facebook Pixel, Google Conversion Tracking, GA4).

Build high-converting audiences and optimize targeting.

Test and optimize ad creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.

Provide weekly performance reports with clear recommendations.

Focus on achieving strong ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and profitable growth.

Requirements

* Proven track record running Meta + Google Ads for e-commerce brands (please provide case studies, results, or screenshots).
* Experience integrating ---------- with Facebook Pixel & Google Merchant Center.
* Strong understanding of conversion funnels and e-commerce KPIs.
* Able to work independently and provide proactive suggestions.
* Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

Nice to Have:

Experience with Klaviyo/Mailchimp email marketing.

Ability to create ad creatives (Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools).

Knowledge of other ad platforms (TikTok, Pinterest).

Work Setup & Compensation:

Freelance / contract role.

Flexible hours — must be available for weekly updates (UK time zone).

Compensation: $10–$15/hr depending on experience & results.

Performance bonuses available for hitting ROAS and revenue targets.
