Dream-Travel by Marc Piard is a culturally immersive travel brand that organizes life-changing international trips — especially homestay experiences in France, Spain, Germany, and Italy. We’re looking for a creative, reliable virtual assistant to help us launch and maintain our monthly newsletter strategy using MailerLite and Canva.

???? Role Overview

We’re hiring a virtual assistant to design and write 12 monthly email newsletters for our travel company using MailerLite and Canva. You will be responsible for the layout, copywriting, CTA buttons, and basic image design.

???? Your Tasks
• Design 1 newsletter per month (12 total)
• Use Canva to create banners, destination images, and referral program graphics
• Build and edit the newsletter inside MailerLite
• Write simple, clear copy in conversational English (based on our direction)
• Create and insert clear call-to-action buttons
• Make edits or updates when requested
• Organize files and campaigns in folders

• MailerLite (email campaign builder – required)
• Canva (for simple design work – required)
• Google Docs/Sheets (for copy and planning)
• Optional bonus: experience with travel, lifestyle, or homestay-related brands

? Each Newsletter Includes:
• A spotlight on a destination (France, Spain, Germany, or Italy)
• Our $1,000 referral program
• A message that we’re always seeking schools to host international students
• A travel tip or cultural highlight
• Clickable CTA buttons (you’ll design and write these)

• Clean, modern, mobile-friendly layout
• Friendly, helpful tone (we’ll guide this)
• You will be given our logo, colors, and sample content to start

• 12 newsletter campaigns total (1/month)
• Editable files in MailerLite

???? Work Schedule & Pay
• You can work your own hours (as long as deadlines are met)
• Please provide your fixed-price quote for the full 12 newsletters
• We prefer to pay monthly upon completion of each campaign
