Responsibilities:
*Prospect for new clients daily from various sources
*Transfer hot leads & schedule appointments for Listing & Buyer Specialists
*Conduct lead follow-up & nurture leads until appointments are set
*Manage and update client & lead databases
Requirements:

*At least 1 year of experience as an Inside Sales Agent
*Strong communication & persuasion skills
*Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
